Use of the site
By accessing this website or placing an order with BPiC. (hereinafter “we”), the customer (hereinafter “you”), agrees to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions without notice to the customer.
We assume no responsibility for any links on our website to external websites, which are not operated by BPiC. and are therefore beyond our control.
Processing of personal data
BPiC takes a responsible approach to handling personal data and all details are protected from external access. Furthermore, all data is handled according to the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which is a requirement within the EU. The personal details that we collect are name, personal identity number, postal address, phone number, email address and IP address.
We need these details in order for our customers to be able to make purchases on our site, and to be able to offer you a more personal form of communication. For delivery of/payment of our products, some of these details are shared with our payment and shipping partners. We will never sell your data to anyone.
You have the right to request: a statement of all details that we have registered on you, that registered details be changed, for the parameters of use for your data to be limited, and that all registered data be deleted. You may use a debit card, credit card, and any third payment method such as Paypal, Google pay, Apple pay, etc. BPiC does not store or handle any credit card information. Value-added tax (“VAT”) is not included in the listed prices of products. Customers are responsible for paying all local taxes, duties and handling fees.
When you place an order, an electronic invoice is automatically generated and sent to the e-mail address you provide us during the checkout process. This e-mail serves as your order confirmation and proof of purchase. It is therefore important that you provide us with a valid e-mail address that you use frequently. Please review your order confirmation carefully; if you notice any errors in your order confirmation, you should promptly contact our customer service department at email@example.com.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our logistics center it cannot be canceled.
Free shipping worldwide.
Exact delivery times vary based on destination, but most deliveries are completed 2–5 business days after we receive an order. Any orders we receive before 4:00 PM CET (10:00 AM EST) on business days (except public holidays) will be shipped the same day.
We use USPS, Singapore Post, China Post or Hongkong Post Worldwide Express as our logistics partners. When possible, orders are delivered to the address you provide on the shipping form during the checkout process. In the event an order is delivered to your local post office instead, you are responsible for claiming the package. If you fail to claim the package and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the attendant shipping and administrative fees.
We accept liability for any goods that are damaged or lost during transit prior to delivery. Upon receiving your goods, please carefully inspect them for damage. If you find your goods to be damaged, it is your responsibility to contact our customer service department at email@example.com within 14 days after you receive your order. In your e-mail, please remember to specify your order number and describe the damage that your goods have suffered. You will be responsible for any damage to the goods that occurs during the return process.
You may return any unused BPiC products in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days after you receive your order. Products that have been worn, or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of the order receipt in your return shipment. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees incurred in the delivery of the return package, as well as all taxes and duties, which we will assess against you retroactively.
Exchanges are free of charge. You may exchange any unused BPiC. products in their original packaging within 30 days after you receive your order. To exchange a product, contact our customer service at email@example.com and we’ll send you a return label to use for the exchange and further instructions. We will send you the new item as soon as we have received and approved your returned item.
Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for exchanges. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the exchange and have to send it back.

BPiC. international warranty
Your BPiC. watch is warranted by us for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The international BPiC. warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased BPiC. watch itself and the watch band. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, fill in our contact form on the "contact us" page, specify your name and e-mail address, and write “reclaim of purchase” as the subject of the e-mail. Finally, write the order number and a detailed description of the issue in the message form, fill in the verification code, and submit the message. During the warranty period, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are unable to restore the normal conditions of use of your BPiC. watch, we guarantee its replacement by a BPiC. watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
• The life of the battery.
• Esthetical changes that occur during aging and use, such as scratched crystal, a worn-out watch band or case, etc.
• Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) and incorrect use of the watch.
• Failure or damage caused by an unauthorized person or representative.
• Any consequential or indirect damage resulting from the use, failure to operate, defects, or lack of precision of the BPiC product.
• Failure or damage caused by water, fire, or weather. (All BPiC watches have a water resistance rating of 3-5 ATM. Watches with this level of resistance are wearable when using household sinks, playing sports, or swimming in shallow water. Do not wear BPiC. watches while bathing, snorkeling, scuba diving, or participating in any other activities that result in full submersion of the watch for extended periods.)
Please save your order confirmation, as it contains information about your order and serves as your proof of purchase.
Liability of defects
BPiC’s responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. We bear no direct or indirect responsibility for incapability delivery delays, downtime, data loss, etc.
BPiC shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties caused, hindered, and delayed by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, for example, government intervention, new/amended legislation, war, fire, natural disasters, weather conditions, sabotage, criminal activity, etc.
Retention of title
All BPiC. products remain BPiC. property until full payment is made by the customer.
