WE OFFER FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE.
PLEASE CHECK all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure there is no defects, damage or incorrect items shipped. We are proud of the Hurmoya Brand, and we want you to be happy with your Hurmoya purchase.
WE DO NOT accept returns for any third-party vendors that sell our products. All sales with third-party sellers must be settled where the purchase was made, this includes third parties selling online (such as Amazon) & any retail locations.
WE DO NOT accept returns or exchanges if the product has been washed or with any visible damage. Unfortunately, if items appear washed or with any visible signs of extensive use during our product inspection, your return or exchange may be rejected. All products must be returned with original tags still attached.
ATTENTION: All product are final-sale with the exception of damaged or wrong items shipped. Please ensure your product sizing is correct upon ordering. If the product are damaged, defective or the wrong item, please send us a photo to our email, so we can process right away. You can email us at service@hurmoya.com with the required information.
Returns on products purchased through our website cannot be returned to any Hurmoya retail locations.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited. Other exceptions apply for International and APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
You may return any unused Hurmoay products in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days after you receive your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of the order receipt in your return shipment. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees incurred in the delivery of the return package, as well as all taxes and duties, which we will assess against you retroactively.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free of charge. You may exchange any unused Hurmoay. products in their original packaging within 30 days after you receive your order. To exchange a product, contact our customer service at serivce@hurmoya.com and we’ll send you a return label to use for the exchange and further instructions. We will send you the new item as soon as we have received and approved your returned item.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the exchange and have to send it back.
